1. What products do you offer?

We specialize in traditional Pakistani pickles (Achar), chutneys, murabbas, and natural seeds/superfoods. Popular products include Mango Pickle, Lahori Lasoora Pickle, Green Chutney, Murabbas, Pumpkin Seeds, Flax Seeds, and more.

2. Are your products homemade and natural?

Yes! All Maze Ki Soghat products are handcrafted in small batches using traditional recipes, fresh ingredients, and natural spices. No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives are used.

3. How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly on our website. Simply select the product, choose the desired pack/quantity, and proceed to checkout using your preferred payment method (COD or online payment).

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available on orders over Rs. 2500. For orders below Rs. 2500, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies. Weight-based charges may apply for orders over 7 KGs.

5. What is the delivery timeframe?

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 6 working days

  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST are shipped same day

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are shipped the next working day

  • During peak seasons or mega sales, delivery may take up to 7 working days

6. Can I return a product?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items with original packaging and invoice. Perishable items once opened are non-returnable.

7. How are refunds processed?

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of returned items

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash for COD orders

  • Refund processing time is usually within 7 working days

8. Can I order in bulk?

Yes! For orders above Rs. 5000, advance payment is required. Our team will contact you with payment details, and your order will be dispatched only after confirmation.

9. How should I store Maze Ki Soghat products?

  • Keep jars tightly sealed in a cool, dry place

  • Avoid direct sunlight or moisture

  • Refrigeration is recommended after opening in humid climates
