Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Products must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase

  • Perishable food items, including opened pickles, chutneys, murabbas, or food products, are not eligible for return


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Perishable food items once opened

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Products returned without proper packaging or proof of purchase


Return Process

1. Initiate a Return

To start a return request, customers must fill out our Return Request Form available on our website.
Our team will review the submitted details and verify the request.

2. Return Approval

Once your request is approved, you will receive confirmation via phone call or email, along with return instructions and our return address.

3. Shipping the Item

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Please use a reliable courier service

  • Share the tracking number with our support team after dispatch


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

    • Bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (for Cash on Delivery orders)


Important Notes

  • Maze Ki Soghat reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider or bank processing time
